How do I buy tickets for a show? 
Ticket sales, prices and outlets are posted in the Events section when a show is announced. You can also call or email us for guidance.
Can I exchange or refund my ticket?
Exchange and refund rules depend on each show and are announced when tickets go on sale. Please contact us with your ticket code for help.
Can children attend?
Age requirements are set for each show. Please check the event details or ask us before buying tickets.
How early should I arrive before the show?
Please arrive about 30 minutes before the show to find your seat. Latecomers may have to wait until the next piece begins to be seated.
How can I share my thoughts after the show?
You can write in the guestbook at the event or share your thoughts through the contact page. Selected messages are published on the Guest testimonials page.
I would like to partner, sponsor or volunteer. How?
